Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from intake meeting to offer stage.

Build and maintain proactive pipelines of IT talent across LATAM and global markets.

Partner closely with Recruiting Partners, Hiring Managers, and clients to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and search strategy.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, AI-related, and other technical roles.

Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communication, and ensure a strong candidate experience at every stage.

Manage multiple vacancies across different clients and stakeholders simultaneously.

Monitor pipeline health, track recruitment progress, and adjust sourcing strategies based on feedback and performance.

Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS and support recruitment reporting when needed.

Collaborate with researchers and recruitment team members to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Contribute to internal recruitment process improvements and support pipeline stability during team transition.
What Is Important for Us?

4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with proven ownership of full-cycle hiring processes.

Hands-on experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps specialists, AI-related roles, or similar IT positions.

Experience working in an agency, outsourcing, or recruitment delivery environment is preferred.

Ability to manage several vacancies, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and alternative sourcing channels.

Experience working with Hiring Managers and clients to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment expectations.

Structured approach to candidate evaluation, pipeline management, and recruitment data accuracy.

Ability to analyze recruitment performance and adjust sourcing strategies based on market feedback and results.

Strong written and spoken English skills — B2+ level or higher.

Experience hiring for international clients, especially in the US or European markets, will be a plus.
