Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for AI/ML-related roles, from intake meeting to offer stage.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of AI-native talent across key target markets.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and search strategy.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Support and drive AI-focused hiring initiatives, including high-priority searches and talent pool development.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders and Tech Advisors to ensure strong candidate quality and alignment.
- Monitor pipeline health and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, especially for AI and emerging technology roles.
What Is Important for Us?
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with proven ownership of complex or niche roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience hiring for AI/ML-related positions such as Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML talent market and current hiring trends.
- Experience working with technical stakeholders and hiring managers in a collaborative environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global hiring environments is a strong plus, especially across LATAM and Eastern Europe.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of spoken and written English for communication with international stakeholders and candidates.
