Full-Cycle  IT Recruiter (Europe)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management; 
  • Partner with Recruiting Partners and clients to align on role requirements and hiring expectations; 
  • Build and maintain pipelines for active roles across multiple clients; 
  • Conduct candidate screening and ensure alignment with role requirements; 
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process; 
  • Track pipeline progress and adjust sourcing strategy based on performance; 
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and support reporting where needed; 
  • Collaborate with researchers and team members to ensure consistent delivery. 

What Is Important for Us? 

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting; 
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2+); 
  • Experience working with multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously; 
  • Experience working with hiring managers and aligning on role requirements; 
  • Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative channels; 
  • Experience working with ATS systems and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking. 

Will be an advantage: 

  • Experience working with recruitment in an agency or outsourcing environment;
  • Experience hiring for international clients (US, Europe).
