Responsibilities
Support recruitment efforts for technical roles in Eastern Europe—including software engineers and data professionals. Assist with the full recruiting process, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and regional teams to understand staffing needs and help identify qualified candidates. Partner with U.S.-based hiring managers to gather role requirements and help implement recruiting plans. Use common recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent, AmazingHiring, and region-specific job boards to identify and contact potential candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with company values. Maintain accurate recruiting records and track hiring progress and recruiting metrics. Help improve the hiring process by identifying challenges and suggesting operational improvements as well as monitoring market trends. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and local contacts as needed. Stay informed about general labor market conditions, hiring and compensation trends, and employment practices in Eastern Europe. Ensure recruiting activities follow local employment guidelines and company policies.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least two (2) years of experience in the job offered, OR at least two (2) years of experience with the following:
- Supporting technical recruitment within international tech companies, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Recruiting across multiple technical specialties, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
- Recruiting Platforms: LinkedIn, AmazingHiring, GitHub, & Stack Overflow Talent
- Assessment platforms: HackerRank & Codility.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer preparation and candidate communication.
- Hiring practices in Eastern European markets, including awareness of local labor considerations, compensation ranges, and workplace norms.
