Issue
GoTransverse had a clear goal: build a remote full-stack engineering team across Poland, Romania, and Ukraine, fast. The company knew the talent was there – senior engineers with deep Java and Python expertise, at 30-50% the cost of equivalent US hires.
What it didn’t have was a clear path to get there compliantly.
With no legal entity in any of the three target countries, GoTransverse needed an Employer of Record partner before it could hire a single engineer. So the search began.
