Your Tereina hiring process

- HR interview – An intro call held by our partner Alcor to get to know your technical background, soft skills, and role fit.
- Initial interview with Christoph Emmersberger, Senior Director of Engineering – This stage focuses on your technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and how you make decisions under real conditions.
- Technical deep dive – A closer look at your skills, which may include a coding challenge.
- Discussion with Brady Cale, CTO and Co-Founder, and Anjali Tumrukota, Senior Director of HR, – A conversation about how your experience, ideas, and ambitions connect with Tereina’s mission.
- Final step – A mutual check-in to ensure we’re aligned on the next steps.
