Noom’s recruitment process comprises several stages to determine if you and us are a perfect match for productive collaboration:

HR interview with our partner Alcor to see if a career at Noom is what you’re looking for, and make sure the next interview rounds will be 100% worth your time.
Interview with the Hiring Manager, so you can learn about the team, the product, and the role, while your potential manager learns more about you.
Technical interviews (1–2 rounds) to dive deep into your technical expertise and skills.
Final interview with the CTO to ensure you’re the perfect fit for our team based on the results of all previous interview rounds.
