Your path to joining our company
After the HR prescreening with our partner Alcor, you’ll move through four straightforward stages:
- Intro call: You’ll meet our AI Executive Advisor, Ben Ziomek, share your engineering background, and learn more about the role.
- Tech skills screening: You’ll chat with a representative of our engineering team to showcase your AI/ML hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep dive with Ben: You’ll explore project details, exchange ideas, and discuss how your contribution can make an impact.
- Final stage: Together with our senior reviewer, you’ll decide if our paths align.
We handle all communication via email and conduct interviews via Teams, ensuring a clear and efficient recruitment process.
