Your Claid.ai hiring process
Hiring should help both sides make a confident decision. That’s why we’ve built a process that stays practical from beginning to end.
Here’s how it works:
- HR interview – an introductory conversation with our partner Alcor to discuss your experience, motivation, English level, and expectations, as well as answer any initial questions about the role.
- Interview with Vlad Pranskevichus, CEO – a chance to discuss the product, your background, and what you’d like to build at Claid.ai.
- Technical interview – a discussion with one of Claid’s engineers focused on your technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and engineering decisions. Depending on the role, you can expect live coding or code review as part of the conversation.
- Role-specific task (if applicable) – some positions may include a short prototype or demo task (~15 minutes) to explore your practical approach to solving product challenges.
We’re a small team, and our CEO is involved in every hire, so decisions happen quickly. Once a candidate is in, Vlad is responsive and decisive. Expect open communication, honest feedback, and respect for your time throughout the process.
