Middle IT Researcher (LATAM)

Collaboration with Recruiters and Recruiter Partners to ensure effective and timely role closure;
Full ownership of sourcing strategy and pipeline building from the start of each vacancy;
Use of advanced sourcing techniques and automation tools to enhance search efficiency and quality;
Personalized and data-driven outreach aimed at maximizing engagement and response rates.

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
Fluent spoken and written English;
Ability to create sourcing strategies and plan pipelines effectively;
Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using modern sourcing and automation tools;
Understanding of the IT market, technologies, roles, and current trends;
Proactivity, attention to detail, and structured approach to work.
