Oksana Petrus is the Head of Customer Success & Operations at Alcor, a global engineering infrastructure partner helping US and European tech companies build software R&D centers in Latin America and Eastern Europe. With 12+ years spanning legal advisory, operations, and client success, she brings a rare combination of legal precision and operational leadership to every client engagement.

Oksana built her legal foundation at KPMG Ukraine before spending nearly 8 years at Alcor – progressing from Legal Adviser to Senior Legal Adviser, Team Lead, and Head of Legal. During this time, she led a cross-national legal team recognized in the Legal 500 rankings, supported operations across 25+ jurisdictions, and advised multinational tech companies from Silicon Valley, Canada, the EU, the UK, and Israel on legal, compliance, and operational matters. She then served as Head of IT Industry Group and Of Counsel at Asters, one of Ukraine’s leading law firms, before returning to Alcor to lead Customer Success & Operations. She holds an LLM and LLB in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, both with honors, giving her the legal grounding to connect strategic vision with practical risk management at scale.
