Responsibilities
- ч’чLead and manage recruitment processes together with a team of Researchers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates.
- Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.
- Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
What Is Important for Us?
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written) for communication with US-based clients, international colleagues, and candidates.
- Experience recruiting in different European markets.
- Experience closing senior-level roles and negotiating offers.
- Strong client communication skills and ability to support candidates through all recruitment stages.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits trends in multinational companies.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience — a big advantage.
- Experience recruiting within the LATAM market.
